For families accepted to RaiseUp’s HandUp Program, you will become financially stable through our holistic 3-phase program. In Phase 1, we provide resources to stabilize families and increase their income. In Phase 2, we coach families to develop new habits that promote stability. Finally, Phase 3 launches families to self-sufficiency and transitions them to the LevelUp Program.
